Why not at least make a reference to the investigation that is happening with his business? that seems relevent news no? According to the Rocky Mountain News, "Last week, a U.S. House committee said it would review Universal Communications Co., which Welker started in the early 1990s. The review was part of an inquiry into Internet data brokers, some of which have Web sites that acquire and sell personal cell phone records." Perhaps that is part of the reason he is deciding not to run.
