I just tried Charcobroiler today. They have good 1/4 pound burgers at the best prices I've seen at a sit-down place in town so far. $3.95 for an old-fashioned burger and fries. You can get regular or sweet potato fries. Pretty cool!

OK, I know you can eat for less, but this wasn't bad for price and was quite tasty:

Barlow's Grill at 1606 W. Eisenhower in Loveland
(South side of the road in what used to be an A & W.  They kept the cool A & W car mural with mountain background on an inside wall, so be sure to check it out if you "dine-in".  Car hop service also available.)

We ate for $11 and change plus tip.  I had the best BLT on Texas toast which I've had in a while and hubby had a burger with cheese, lettuce and tomato.  We each had a drink and we also split an order of thick fries which was good sized.  Hubby said he was imagining he was at a barbecue, so I countered that I was imagining I was in England and started sprinkling my share of the fries with the bottle of gourmet malt vinegar at the table.  SO yummy...

The Larimer county restaurant inspections page lets you know that Barlow's Grill has been open under current management since 12/19/2005 and, at their most recent inspection on 5/4/2006, they received an "excellent" rating which is the highest rating given.
