laws our goverment is breaking
« on: May 26, 2006, 01:43:03 PM »

let's start out with the U.S. government first they are using domestic violence as a way of gun control since they have no way of going door to door. Domestic violence is the easiest thing to hand out because if two people yell at each other or argue and some how the cops get involved someone gets arrested and is charged with a domestic charge never even have to touch each other. Wether misdeameanor or felony not allowed to own a fire arm that is there way around the constitution. They hand it out like candy just for that reason.
Next cops pulling people over and fineing them regardless what it's for they are breaking the eighth amendment of the U.S. in the fact of the fine they hand out. The eighth amendment states: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. A $500-$1000 fine for not having insurance is excessive I don't have that kind of money lying around or at all. Every fine out there that they have behind every law is excessive. Thus breaking the eighth amendment of the U.S. and our constitutional rights.
On to insurance the only reason they have made that a law is for the billions of dollars they get from taxes from the insurance companys it has nothing to do with the good of the people they do not care about what happens to us or our vehicles it is all about stealing more money from the people. The fines and punishments are so excessive because if you don't have insurance that means they are not ripping you off. To prove that Colorado just recently said that there are too many uninsured motorists the way they know this is they add up all the drivers in the state and take a percentage of what they should have coming to them in tax money from the insurance companies that right there is against the law and against our rights that again is entrapment.
On to Colorados newest law breaking activities. To start with, insurance if you get pulled over and have no proof of insurance the DMV automatically pulls your liscense and suspends it. The DMV should not have that kind of power period that is for the courts to decide, plus on top of that you have to go to court for the ticket so you are nailed twice for the same violation even if the court doesn't suspend you or take it away. In order to get it back regardless of what you were pulled over for that is double jeapordy. In order to get your liscense back you now have to get SR22 insurance and hold it for three yrs even if you got pulled over for something as minor as no front liscense plate. (you are now extremely dangerous because you didn't have that front liscense plate) This is far and beyond our rights being taken from us.
Now on to the police, buy these officers sitting in hard to see and unmarked cars clocking people that is entrapment in this country we are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty (We all know that is a bunch of bull) by them sitting there they are saying we are guilty. The whole original purpose of police was too protect and serve the people and be there when called upon not trying to nail everone possible for doing a half a mile over the speedlimit. The way I see it unless someone hurts someone else or there property cops have no right sitting anywhere clocking anyone period. They have absolutely no right trying to nail people and even though they deny it because it is 100% entrapment they have quotas they have to meet that is by far against the law and our rights. See it's funny that they had that bank robber getting away with it because cops are more worried about someone doing a half a mile over the speed limit. They don't know how to do there real job. All I can say is that it is time for the people to stand up against the government and put a stop to this control. Even if it means civil war. They do not have the right to have this kind of power or control over the people.
